Filter fields created with 0px width

When filter fields appear, they have minimal width, so they are not usable.
Inspecting the element I find this:
<select class="filter" id="filter_1" style="width: 0px;">
<input type="text" title="..." class="filter" id="filter_2" style="width: 0px;">
That's an inline style setting width to zero. How should I fix this?

This is fixed in trunk. New trunk is using closure rather than jQuery for all selectors and manipulators. It should however work the same for all jQuery users.

Hi egrueda, Can you pelase attach sample html that causes this issue (or a link to a page)? The table filter attempts to set the width of the filters to the existsing width of the table header above it. So there must be some problems there but I could not reproduce this.

I get this as well! I just include this line of jQuery after in order to fix it ...
$("input.filter").css( { "width" : "90%" });
